Santa Call terms of service

Santa Call is operated by Lou Han, an independent developer based in China. These terms govern the AI voice gift service at santacall.app. By using the service you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Santa Call is a digital gift service for adults aged 18 or older. You must be an adult parent or guardian, or have the parent or guardian’s permission to prepare a message. Children must not operate the website, submit information or make purchases. By creating a message you confirm you have the right to provide the brief family details you enter.

Only enter a first name or nickname, age and a short, non-sensitive positive detail. Do not submit a full name, school, address, contact information, health information or other sensitive information. We never ask for a child’s photo, microphone recording, phone number or account.

The product is a prerecorded AI voice message, generally around one to two minutes in English, available as a WAV download. It is not a live phone call, hotline, video call or recording by a human Santa performer. The first preview is free within the stated limits. Full recordings require a paid message credit: $4.99 for one or $9.99 for three, without a subscription.

Google Cloud Gemini writes the text, and Gemini Text-to-Speech uses the prebuilt Algenib voice to create the recording. We do not clone any real person’s voice. Generated text and pronunciation can vary; the preview helps you decide whether the product suits your family. The full recording is generated separately and may sound slightly different.

Waffo Pancake is our merchant of record and handles checkout, payment processing and applicable taxes. The price displayed at the final checkout is the amount to confirm. A successful payment gives you a message code in the browser and by email. Keep that code private. Each successfully generated full recording uses one credit; a failed generation returns it.

Download audio within 24 hours. Our link expires after that period, and the file is removed during hourly cleanup. You may delete it immediately from the result panel. We cannot restore a deleted or expired recording. Unused credits have no scheduled expiry. Refund eligibility and the 14-day quality-remedy process are described in our refund policy; mandatory legal rights always take priority.

You may download, keep and share the generated message as a personal family gift. If you publish it, identify it as AI-generated and make sure you have the parent or guardian’s permission. Google does not claim ownership of new intellectual property in generated output; this does not guarantee that a recording is unique or copyright-protected.

Do not request abuse, threats, sexual material, hate, fraud, harassment, instructions to keep secrets from parents, or claims that Santa is watching a child. Do not submit copyrighted scripts, impersonate a real person, request a famous performer’s voice or use third-party character trademarks. Do not resell our service, automate abuse of the free preview or attempt to defeat security limits. We may refuse or remove content that violates these rules.

We provide the service as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy, pronunciation or effect of an AI-generated recording. Adults should listen before sharing a recording with a child. Third-party AI providers may affect availability and output quality. Our refund and quality-remedy commitments still apply.

Where applicable law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or reduce any mandatory consumer rights. Contact hello@santacall.app to resolve a concern before starting formal proceedings. The laws of China apply except where mandatory protections in your country take priority.

To report an inappropriate recording, rights concern or privacy issue, email hello@santacall.app. Include the recording link or receipt reference and a brief explanation; do not include extra information about a child. Reports are reviewed within two business days. For an urgent privacy concern, put “Urgent privacy” in the subject.

We verify the report, may disable the link while reviewing it, and remove content or restrict access if it breaches these terms or someone’s rights. We respond to the reporting adult with the outcome when we have a reply address. Payment questions go to the same support address. We may update these terms for future use; the version shown here was updated October 24, 2026.
